When we find ourselves in the dark hole of depression, we tend to isolate. We feel others won't understand because we've had family and friends say insensitive things like " It's all in your attitude - think positive." or "You've got to pull yourself up." As you know, depression doesn't work that way. You just feel stuck and hopeless. This group offers you helpful support from other's who are suffering.
