Positive Inner Self's therapists have extensive history working with children, adolescents, teens, and adults working through difficult behaviors, parental relational issues, trauma and abuse, reunification, foster and adoption issues, anxiety, depression and trauma. We have helped many individuals working through past trauma, attachment difficulties, anxiety, depression, and ADHD. We are client centered meaning we don't have our own agenda. You decide what you want to work on, we help you to figure out the solutions best for you while having a few laughs.
Our focus in practice is to find your strengths and build on them. Individuals go far too long without hearing the things they are good at. While utilizing a relational approach, we help them identify their strengths. Then we use those strengths to reach your goals.

While having been through many life experiences, we are able to empathize and align with our clients, allowing them to feel heard, respected, and cared for.
