I work with couples, individuals, and teens who are interested in developing a greater relationship with themselves and their loved ones. As a trauma-informed therapist, I use a directive, compassionate approach to help you process traumatic events, attachment wounds, and interpersonal conflict. I specialize in working with ADHD, anxiety, depression, addiction, and other trauma-related conditions. Using warmth and humor, I offer tangible communication, cognitive, and nervous system regulation skills that you can use to feel empowered in your daily life.
I am an EMDR-trained therapist and incorporate other modalities such as somatic therapy, DBT, Nonviolent Communication (NVC), and Internal Family Systems.

Somatic Approaches to Trauma
Welcome! Using the research from Dr. Stephen Porges and Deb Dana LCSW, the Somatic Approaches to Trauma group explores how our nervous system responds to threats, stress and/or trauma. The goal of the group is to develop a deeper understanding of your biological nervous system responses and feel empowered to use strategies to regulate your nervous system and orient towards safety and connection. Somatic tools taught in this group include breathwork, polyvagal somatic exercises, and mindfulness techniques. This group is open to adults and teens and meets online.
