As a board-certified licensed professional counselor, with more than ten years of experience, it is my honor to walk with you as you navigate the steppingstones on your way to your unique sense of well-being. I will provide solution-focused, strength-based, client-centered psychotherapy. I also have training in Gestalt therapy, which employs experiential and experimental techniques to enhance awareness, freedom and self-direction, including Gestalt Dream Work.
My approach to therapy is that you are the expert on yourself. You know yourself better than anyone else and it is my job to help you tune into your own wisdom for guidance and healing. I am a deeply caring, perceptive and intuitive therapist.
