I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, Certified Relationship Counselor, Certified Divorce Coach, and a Certified Sex Therapy Informed Professional. I have been working in the mental health field for approximately 21 years in a variety of inpatient and outpatient settings. I specialize in helping individuals utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help them manage anxiety and depression. However, CBT can also be utilized to help a variety of mood disorders, as well as daily issues that affect us all such as stress/stress management, time management and communication skills.
In addition I specialize in relationships issues. I am a Certified Sex Therapy Informed Professional (CSTIP), a Certified Divorce Coach (CDC) as well as a Certified Relationship Coach (CRC). I can help clients with a variety of relationship difficulties, from premarital counseling to divorce support and everything in between.
