I am a licensed clinical psychologist who provides warm and compassionate therapy for adolescents and adults. I offer individual and family therapy, as well as dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) skills training, prenatal and postpartum support, parenting skills, and consultation services.
My treatment approach is practical, solution-focused, and strength based, and incorporates cognitive and dialectical behavioral therapy (CBT/DBT), supportive and dynamic psychotherapy, mindfulness practice, play therapy, and behavior management techniques to promote emotional health and well being.
I take an active role in guiding treatment and believe that the foundation of therapy is finding someone you can open up to and feel supported by. I strive to create a safe and nonjudgmental therapeutic environment where we work together to reduce distress and develop plans that will create positive changes.

This is a 4-session facilitated support group for parents of newborns and young infants. Whether you are a first time mama or a mom of two or more children in the thick of the postpartum period, these groups are for you. Groups provide support around managing the myriad challenges of new motherhood, including postpartum anxiety, the emotional and physical toll of motherhood, difficulties with boundary setting and self-care, feelings of disconnect with partners, and "mom guilt" around meeting the overwhelming demands of your tiny human. ?
