I have experience in treating trauma (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, Complex Trauma), depression, anxiety and life adjustments. My clinical background is rooted in trauma focused treatment. My approach is to ensure my clients know they are sitting across from someone who truly cares about them. While also providing direct feedback and challenging you.
My role as a therapist is to support you and to challenge you on your path to self-improvement and self-empowerment. Through a collaborative process, we can explore and address the underlying causes of problematic beliefs, patterns and behaviors. Together we can begin the process of healing.
