My therapeutic methodology incorporates a focus on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT) working with matters involving grief, self-esteem, family, and marital counseling.
I hold a particular interest in assisting those dealing with ADHD, PTSD, couples and marital issues, life transitions, and career decisions. Additionally, my approach encompasses active listening, play therapy, affirmations, and empathetic techniques. Faith-based counseling is also available upon request.
