Are you fearful, frustrated, saddened, or hopeless about your birthing journey? Whether preconception, pregnancy, infertility, miscarriage, or postpartum; your maternal moments matter. A session will be warm, inviting, engaging, interesting, educational, and interactive. You will leave a session knowing that you have someone to listen to your story, feel supported, care for you, and move you into a journey towards mental health wellness.
Utilizing Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, and breath work via techniques from Breath For Change and Perinatal Mental Health Training from Postpartum Support International. Additionally, I am currently working towards a doctoral degree with a focus on General Psychology, thus providing impeccable therapy.
My counseling philosophy is built on love; this teaches me that all women should recognize their ability to heal, learn, and grow. Since the beginning of time, women have struggled with understanding the emotional conflicts that come with the motherhood journey. Providing a listening ear, a caring heart, and specified knowledge is what women truly need.
