I believe that an effective therapeutic relationship is built upon trust and an authentic connection between client and therapist. In my practice I provide care to a wide range of individuals from varied backgrounds and specialize in working with women’s issues as well as college and graduate students. I utilize a collaborative and integrative approach to therapy, informed primarily by relational, psychodynamic, and cognitive-behavioral approaches.
