I understand the need for privacy and security, and I utilize the highest-evidence based practices because your time is valuable.
I help people deal with scary stuff. My specialities include anxiety, trauma, insomnia, body dysmorphia, and obsessive compulsive disorders, and sometimes, family drama. Facing fears, instead of avoiding them, leads to a richer, full life. Along the way, you might discover you can do amazing things.
