I am a New York State licensed psychologist who specializes in anxiety, depression & mood disorders, stress management, and relationship issues. Since 2000, my private practice in Pleasantville has been dedicated to helping individuals, families and couples lead fulfilling lives with satisfying relationships. I have a Master's degree in School Psychology and a Doctorate of Psychology (Psy.D.) from Yeshiva University. I work with children, adolescents and adults. Although I do not accept any insurance plan directly, I do send out monthly insurance-friendly receipts that can be submitted to your insurance company.
In addition to the individual work I do with children, I run social skills groups. I also help parents navigate through their special education departments to get the services their children need. It is important for me to help children live up to their potential in all areas.
My individual therapy with adults and adolescents covers mood and anxiety disorders, relationship issues and adjusting to life's transitions. My work with couples and families includes working with the entire family, working with couples on marital difficulties or working with parents to help them cope with stressful parenting issues.
