My therapy approach is eclectic, using techniques from (but not limited to) cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), insight-oriented therapy and mindfulness (EFT tapping, etc.). Adding basic neuroscience into sessions has also helped patients understand their thoughts & feelings.
