Approaching an initial psychotherapy session can be daunting. My approach seeks from the outset to make your experience as comfortable as possible. Whether you have worked with other therapists, or you have never spoken with a counselor before, you will find me approachable and welcoming. My style is very collaborative and open. I am here for you, and you alone; to address your concerns and provide the outcome you seek. While I have extensive experience treating anxiety and panic, I have successfully addressed a wide range of issues and concerns. I have over twenty-five years of experience to help you make the changes you seek.
I specialize in helping people do things differently. You are considering psychotherapy because something is not going as well as you'd like in your life. I will help you make those changes and gain insights to inform your decisions as you move forward. I will support you through the process of integrating those changes into your life.
