Let me first say "I get it". As a CPTSD survivor, who is neurodivergent, therapy has been a lifeline for me. I know personally that it can be a scary experience, being vulnerable and hoping someone can understand and help you. Well you've come to the right place! About me: I have almost 20 years of experience, helping others heal from trauma, anxiety, depression and LIFE. I use EMDR and other mind-body (evidence based) techniques. In addition, I am certified in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy; and received advanced certification as a Telehealth provider and a Level II Clinical Trauma Professional.
As the founder of the widely acclaimed group trauma practice, Phoenix Rising Counseling & Consulting, I have created a safe and accessible environment to serve a wide array of clients. Our reputable team of dedicated therapists assisting individuals navigate their trauma healing journey. Our clinicians are knowledgable, empathetic and ready to help you heal.
