My practice focuses on trans, nonbinary, and gender expansive adults who are facing hardships related to trauma. I offer a validating and accepting space where you can gain a deeper understanding of how life challenges have impacted the mind and body, and develop tools to love and accept yourself. I am neurodivergent affirming and create a treatment environment that honors the neurodivergent experience. I treat adults struggling with anxiety, depression, chronic pain, chronic health conditions, relationships, and identity. As a trans person I prioritize working with the trans community and especially transfeminine individuals.
I work with individual trans adults who live in Oregon. I am a relational therapist, and believe that the therapeutic relationship is a tool for reflection and learning. I use therapeutic approaches such as narrative exposure therapy for PTSD, mindfulness, internal family systems (IFS). I offer support groups for Transfeminine folks and Chronically ill folks
