Greetings! I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist providing psychotherapy to individuals, couples and families with ten years’ service in this very rewarding work. Our team works with everyone including BIPOC, the LGBTQ+ Community, all religions and backgrounds, ages 5 to 95. I also provide group therapy to address Domestic Violence and Self-Esteem in addition to Parenting with Purpose, classes for those with ACS involvement and mandated to a parenting program by the court. I have significant experience addressing the effects of racism, chronic illness, depression, anxiety, grief and bereavement, family conflict and more.
Our therapists are excited to assist you! I understand that due to Covid-19, many of you are working from home, caring for others and if a parent, home schooling your children, leaving little time for yourself. Therefore, I also offer early morning appointments, as early as 7am and late evening, as late as 9pm
After your initial consultation you will be match with a therapist who will help you meet your therapeutic needs and goals. We will be resuming in-person appointments in my penthouse level, handicapped accessible private midtown office soon and currently see clients virtually. I am looking forward to working with you! Parenting with Purpose- Parent Education
Conducted by our Lead Parent Educator, Ms. Medge Joseph, our unique program runs on a rotating basis allowing clients to join at any time, avoiding unnecessary waiting to start. We provide progress letters prior to each court date and a certificate of completion. As a professor, I have incorporated college level education into the curriculum. We provide a receptive, solution-focused, non-judgmental virtual environment. At the close of each client’s cycle, they will have had a transformative experience. 100% of our clients who have completed the program were reunited with their children. That's right, 100%!
