Hello! My name is Phoebe, Congratulations on taking the first step into the solution. Deciding to reach out for help can be challenging and scary. The fact that you are seeking support is already a strong step in the direction of healing, experiencing peace, and feeling in control of your life. I believe that the most important element of a therapeutic relationship is the feeling of safety. It is my passion to provide a safe space for my clients to connect with their inner motivation to change. It is my honor to walk with my clients to learn, challenge, reflect, and empower.
I have experience in residential treatment settings, partial hospitalization programs, intensive outpatient programs, group, and individual therapy. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without judgment.
