Hello, my name is Landon Jordan, I am so happy that you have reached out for help. I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor in North Carolina. I have worked for several years to help clients achieve their goals and reach a better quality of life. I have several years of experience as a crisis therapist, as well as experience with dual diagnosis populations, I primarily focus on individuals that have mental health needs as well as life and adjustment issues. I typically work with adults, I am most comfortable treating mental health issues and life adjustment issues.
I enjoy working with clients, I enjoy getting to know them and trying to find an approach to help treat their issues that they feel will work best for them.
I tend to be more solution focus, also utilize cognitive behavioral therapy approaches, psychodynamic approaches, I have experiences well with expressive arts therapy and I have a very thorough clinical knowledge of mental health and substance use disorders.
