It's easy to feel stressed, depressed, anxious, or like you are just generally unable to cope with everything. Circumstances in life can lead people to feeling unvalued, unheard, and overwhelmed. I use a holistic approach to help my clients get back to feeling their best mentally, physically, and spiritually. I want everyone to feel like they are in control of their lives and able to cope with the things that come their way. My goal as a therapist, and as a person, is to always make sure that everyone feels welcomed, valued, and accepted.
I also know that therapy works best when individuals feel that they have ownership in their treatment. I work with my clients to make treatment plans that they feel are effective for them and meet their needs. I use a wide range of treatment interventions that I am able to tailor to each client’s needs, interests, and personality.
I have experience working with individuals of all ages and in all stages of life. I specialize in depression, anxiety, mood disorders, personality disorders, and substance abuse issues.
