As a Christian psychologist, I use biblical principles and truths that help individuals and couples get what they want. I make use of Cognitive-behavior therapy, as well as other evidence-based interventions. I have trained extensively in the methods of John Gottman. I am also a certified Spiritual Director. I have been working with individuals and couples for over 30 years. I understand why people don't change and why it is so difficult for them to do so. I know what it takes to change and I can teach you.
