I have been in the mental health field for many years, and have experience with a wide variety of common struggles people have. I believe it’s important to heal the whole person, mind, body, heart, soul and your social world. I’m in this business to help people live their fullest, to be at peace with who they are and how they live their life.

I’m an active listener, I come alongside you, without judgement to help you reach your treatment goals. You set goals, you tell me what you would like to achieve and you will be on the road of recovery and healing. I also respond quickly to emergencies and can come to you in person, phone or video.
