Using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Ketamine/Psychedelic Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP), I seek to help my clients identify changes they can make in their thought habits and beliefs to help improve their mood and relationships.

Seeking help from professionals can be scary, but I try to make therapy a transparent and comfortable process. CBT was started as a self-help tool, and my goal for clients is to equip you with the tools you need to manage grief, sadness, anxiety, depression and relationships on your own.

I also use Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP): a holistic, psychedelic modality where ketamine is used as a complement to psychotherapy to help patients get un-stuck and experience long-lasting improvement in symptoms, particularly those with depression and anxiety.
