Looking for a therapist can be really difficult, but you are here and you have almost found someone who is a good fit for you. It may not be me; but I want to celebrate your courage in taking this first step in your journey. The ideal client for me would be someone who wants to work with me to develop unique strategies to move towards the life you want. I work best with people who feel stuck and are looking for new and creative ways to pursue mental health and well-being.
I have a wide variety of specialty areas but my current favorite are: anxiety, identity development, improving relationships, developing a life ethic, spiritual abuse/trauma, questioning career, coping with chronic/terminal illness, LGBTQ+, complex grief/loss, and depression/anxiety management.
