Do you struggle sharing your thoughts & feelings with your partner? Do you minimize the conflicts in your relationship out of fear? Are you easily distracted when listening to one another? I know how this feels because these have been my struggles too. As someone living with ADHD, I've learned to trust my partner and implement tools to overcome distractions. Feeling deeply connected to your partner can be challenging when you feel pulled in so many directions. From screaming kids to work stress, lack of support, or being absolutely exhausted. I'm passionate about helping people find each other again amidst the chaos of life.
My desire is for life to flow through you rather than at you. I primarily use a modality called EFT paired with ADHD specific skills. I want my clients to feel equipped in connecting with their partner so I teach communication, emotional regulation and intimacy growth skills.
