Please join us for a Substance Use Support Group here in midtown Tulsa! This group aims to offer support, community, insight, and education into substance abuse. Whether you're struggling with dependence, have someone you care for who is struggling, or are looking for more knowledge and tools around substance use, this is the right spot for you. I aim to foster healthy and supportive conversations with the other group members while gently leading and educating surrounding SUD. Tulsa Perinatal Support Group aims to connect expecting mothers and those who are up to 1 year postpartum. This will be a processing group but also just a support group for those who are looking for support, connection, and friendship. You can expect guided discussions surrounding the topics of perinatal mental health, coping skills, self-care, birth processing, parenting skills, and styles, etc. I aim to facilitate honest, open, and supportive conversations in the space. $25 drop-in rate. Tulsa Loss/Miscarriage Support Group
Join us for a processing/support group for those who struggle with miscarriages, loss, and infertility. We highly encourage those attending plan to come to the 3 dates starting Sept 15th. This is a safe place to connect, find community, and nourish the healing process! It will be located at Coracle Coffee Downtown Tulsa after-hours to allow for a private setting.
