I enjoy working with teens and adults who is looking for relief from trauma, anxiety, depression, and grief. Many of these stressors can lead to a crisis, substance abuse, and thoughts of suicide. Wanting to find relief from these struggles can be daunting, yet it is possible. I believe that each individual needs to be considered as a whole and the therapy process should be tailored to their individual needs and personal circumstances.
It will be a privilege to work alongside you to provide the support and/or guidance needed to walk you through life’s journey in a safe, supportive and non-judgmental environment. I utilize an integrative style within my therapy process. I am trained in IMAGO therapy, and a certified Prepare Enrich facilitator.
