I use body awareness and movement, imagery, role-play, energy practices and ceremony as well as talk therapy. My training includes family systems, psychodrama, Gestalt, Process-oriented Psychology, dream study and shamanism. I've led workshops in Poland, Russia, and Africa, helping me to see the world through many eyes.
