Welcome to a unique and restorative therapeutic approach! I work with adult and teenage individuals experiencing a wide range of challenges, but I specialize in using evidence-based practices to treat anxiety, depression, addiction, ADHD, and low self-esteem. To participate in therapy is to collaborate in a safe and accepting space where you can learn practical skills that facilitate meaningful long-lasting positive change in yourself and in your relationships. I believe that it is through a process of self-discovery and practice that we are able to empower ourselves to skillfully make choices that lead us toward our goals.
I offer a safe and supportive environment focused on learning and growth. Through a greater awareness of ourselves and how we relate to the world, we can begin to make small but impactful changes that compound over time. I practice from an integrated lens, meaning I pull from many therapeutic approaches to best address your particular therapeutic needs.
As someone who has grappled with my own mental health struggles, I know that change is possible but not always easy.
