I use a humanistic, person-centered, solution-focused, and strength-based approach. I offer a safe space for clients to share their thoughts and feelings while helping them navigate through their journey, and resolve the constraints towards their goals. Naturally, I believe everyone deserves to be treated with respect, be seen, heard, and validated.
I try to incorporate a range of modalities because not one approach always fits all. I use Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Solutions-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT).
I want to be the bridge that allows people to find hope in their recovery, and see that there is a light in the end of the tunnel. It’s an eye opening and rewarding experience, and I am looking forward to continue watching people grow.
