I am a licensed bilingual-Spanish social worker born in New York City with over 20 years of experience working with people cope. I am an empathic and transparent therapist and specialize in anxiety, depression, complex trauma, cognitive behavioral therapy, early childhood mental health, oppositional defiance, men’s issues, and substance use disorders.
