I am passionate about supporting adults getting unstuck from their inner burdens so they can 'live their why' more fully and thrive. I often support clients working in health & helping professions to release patterns of feeling overburdened and 'never enough.' Many of us are 'wounded healers' coping with inner struggles while caring for our world and working for righteous causes. Together, we can build immediate tools to cope with stress while also growing understanding of how past patterns may still be influencing your present difficulties. This helps release 'the old' and empower you with the tools to create a purposeful future.
I offer specialization in trauma reprocessing and somatic approaches that go beyond typical talk therapy. This allows the meaning and emotion of intense difficulties to gently shift in profound ways while learning skills to cope in daily life. I'm oriented towards psychotherapy, focused on cultivating holistic, long-term growth you can sustain.
