As a relational therapist, my aim is to support clients in striving for safety, security, and authenticity—whether individually, as a family, or in romantic relationships. I specialize in working with dyads, helping to dissolve distance or conflict while building a foundation of emotional closeness. Growing up as a “third culture kid,” I also have a particular interest in supporting first- or second-generation immigrants as they explore cultural attunement with themselves or their communities.
I specialize in a variety of concerns, including relational conflicts, attachment losses/ruptures, depression, anxiety, complex trauma, and stress management. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and conversational. I strive to create a validating space dedicated to you - together, we will explore new ways of relating, and experiencing.
In our initial sessions, my focus will be on understanding your story to build a foundation of trust. Creating a safe, affirming space is my top priority.
