I am here to support you to feel empowered, respected, and heard. I utilize a variety of clinical techniques to help children, adults and couples develop long-term coping tools and learn mindfulness skills to alleviate negative symptoms and build self-esteem.
I specialize in treating LGBTQ adolescents and young adults who have been struggling to find themselves, and who may be experiencing anxiety, depression, or substance abuse difficulties.
