I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor who is passionate about supporting my clients as they each walk through their individual journeys. Above all else, I believe in empowerment of my clients to be the best, most self-aware, versions of themselves. I am particularly skilled in bringing a warm and comforting approach as we dive into difficult topics. I have also done extensive work with domestic violence.
I have worked with a variety of clients and have worked particularly well with concerns around LGBTQ+ status, existentialism, depression, anxiety, PTSD, other trauma-related conditions, adolescents as well as adults, eating disorders, suicide, and self-harm, and any other issues of identity or just not knowing what one's "purpose" is in life.
My therapeutic approach integrates different interventions depending on what is needed for the client I am working with. I tend to lean towards a Narrative Therapy backbone to most of my work, with a special emphasis on my clients owning their own narrative.
