Our mission is to connect people with a therapist who is smart, relatable and compassionate. We offer individual, couples and family therapy. We provide therapy in English and Spanish. People see us for a variety of reasons, to grow, to heal, to make sense of it all, or to deal with real symptoms of depression, anxiety or recovery from substances. We boast a variety of therapists who offer specializations in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Internal Family Systems. Our practice is also LGBTQIA+ affirming. UPDATE: We accept Medicaid for Philadelphia County ONLY.
Our therapists have their own unique styles, but our work is rooted in evidenced-based approaches that work. We don't waste people's time discussing problems with no results. Our approach prioritizes finding solutions together in a collaborative way. Sometimes our clients wand advice and other times they just need to find a path that works best for them.
