DBT group for Adolescent and Parents
Dialectical Behavioral Therapy has been found to be effective for self-destructive behaviors (self-harm, suicidal ideology, eating disorders, substance abuse, anxiety, major depression, PTSD related with childhood sexual abuse, Bipolar disorder, ADHD, and more. In DBT, skills are taught to bring together self-acceptance and to change negative behaviors in order to bring about positive changes. Insurances can be billed, and private pay is available. Group is held in person Saturdays at 10am. A new module will occur each month. There is a DBT parent group that is held virtually at 7pm the 3rd Thursday of the month. Please email to sign up.
