Accepting clients for Group, couples, and SPT therapies. Welcome y bienvenidos! I host 3 ongoing men’s groups with openings July 2024 (see below). Facilitated groups provide an ideal opportunity for accelerated growth and healing, accessing valuable hive mind, support from like-mindeds seeking growth, and processing life’s difficulties collectively. Clients with multiple cultural, international, gender & identity intersections can have those parts of them skillfully met. Sexual, kink, lifestyle, polyamorous, religious trauma recovery, neurospicy, LGBTQIA+, and BIPOC folx especially welcomed!

I'm trained in Sex Therapy, Attachment Science, EMDR (trauma work), IFS - Parts work, Emotionally Focused Therapy for couples, Sensate Focus and Surrogate Partner Therapy. My formative years growing up in 4 countries as a minority, a bicultural family, bilingualism, and queerness bring outside-of-the-box and anthropological perspectives to our sessions.

I hold a sense of compassionate activism and optimism while respecting the seriousness that life often surprises us with. I collaborate with you in finding resilience, holding space for change, healthy multiplicity and nuance, creating reality-based awareness, and specific skillsets to flourish. For all male-identified humans wishing to grow, support self and others in a safe, structured, facilitated group. How often do we get to be real and be supported in community? Come be a part of transformative sessions. Group therapy provides a unique opportunity to accelerate inner growth. All sexualities encouraged, AND people uncomfortable with the word "man." Thursdays at 12:00 noon for 60-90 minutes. Mostly in-person with an online hybrid option. Limited to 8 members. Message me for an initial call and to reserve your spot.

Meet with other self-identified men - of all sexualities - to process together the things that are really on your mind and heart. This a facilitated therapeutic group to build closeness, healing, and increased confidence with self and peers of various walks of life. There's something profound and unique in gathering with men to be authentic and garner support. We meet for 90 minutes, cap the group at 8 members, meet primarily in-person (with a hybrid online option), and have 3 openings on June 20th, 2024. This might be the best investment in yourself this decade. Message me!
