I specialize in trauma and working with individuals that have a history of childhood abuse/neglect, emotional abuse, and/or domestic violence, or work-related stress/vicarious trauma. I enjoy working with first responders, healthcare workers, teachers, military veterans and active-duty service members.
I am experienced in providing cognitive behavioral therapy for trauma, as well as exposure therapy, eye movement desensitization reprocessing (EMDR) therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, motivational interviewing and solution-focused brief therapy.
