Dungeons & Dragons Group Therapy (Weds Evening)
Registration open through August 13th! Wednesday evening group begins August 14th at 6:30pm and lasts for 10 weeks. (Tuesday daytime group begins August 27th at 2pm. We'll open more groups on different days, so feel free to let us know your preferred days/times.) Groups have 3-5 members, with our DND therapist serving as Dungeon Master. DND groups are a great way to connect with others, get to know a part of yourself better, and explore themes, emotions, and needs in your life. Incorporate mindfulness, creative expression, role-playing, & safely being present with emotions, all while playing DND!
