From anxiety and depression to relationship issues, I have experience in almost all areas. My areas of specialty are anxiety, DBT Therapy, eating disorders, young women's issues, betrayed partners recovery, depression, teen girls issues, emotional regulation, divorce, coping skill building, boundaries, and stress management.
I graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Houston Baptist University and received a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology from The University of Houston-Victoria. Before returning to graduate school, I worked as a pastry chef for twelve years. I have two daughters, and would love to help or even just listen and process your troubles. Welcome!
