I believe that the best and most effective therapy happens collaboratively. My philosophy is that people are the true experts in how their brains work, and I value working with my clients to create a safe and empowering space where they feel heard and understood.
I have a Bachelors Degree in Child and Family Studies from Weber State University and a Masters Degree in Social Work from Boise State. I have worked extensively with substance use disorders and PTSD, but my real passion lies in treating OCD and Anxiety disorders.
As a parent of children with OCD and anxiety, I know how lonely and powerless it can feel. I love helping individuals and families feel seen in a world that often misunderstands and invalidates them.
