As a Licensed Professional Counselor I provide therapy to individuals, couples, and families. I have several years of experience working with a diverse array of people and have had the privilege to walk alongside people as they navigated a variety of life conditions and issues. I treat individuals that are dealing with such issues as anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues, divorce recovery, grief and loss, ADHD, anger and conduct issues, trauma, substance use and abuse issues, gambling, sexual and process addictions, addict in the family issues, codependency, attachment issues, personality disorders, and spiritual conflicts.

I am a doctoral level (PhD in Clinical Psychology) clinician who has been working with children, adolescents, and adults for more than 30 years, providing services in outpatient, in-home, residential, and community settings. I recognize the unique needs of the individual and will tailor treatment strategies based on the whole person.

I am a trauma-informed, integrative, EMDR therapist. I use ego states and parts work in conjunction with somatic work to help bring ‘online’ the left and right hemispheres of your brain. I am focused on treating the whole person and would like to have an open, honest conversation about what you are looking for and your treatment wants and needs.

I am currently accepting new clients. As an experienced psychotherapist I work with a diverse adult population providing individual therapy and group therapy. I have been trained in a number of psychotherapeutic modalities and, over the past few years, have largely focused my work with clients on the Internal Family Systems (IFS) model of therapy. First off, thank you for taking the time to read my profile. In my time as a counselor/therapist I have found that the process of selecting a therapist is at best awkward, and at worst terrifying.
