I am also LGBTQIA+-affirming. I utilize evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Psychodynamic theories, as well as Humanistic therapy. I work to provide a safe space for my clients to be able to be themselves within a judgment-free zone and work towards being their best selves.

Degree from Colorado State University in 1969, sociology-anthropology, M.S. Pepperdine University, 1977 in special education-psychology, Ph.D. clinical counseling and psychotherapy, Union Institute and University 1993.
