Welcome! Finding the right fit in a therapist is one of the most challenging and important first steps. You need someone who can support you and give a protected space to heal and grow. My approach is to work holistically building strength to be brave toward what is our genuine and healthy self.
I specialize in treating life transitions (e.g. separation/divorce, empty nesters, emerging adults), grief/loss, anxiety, trauma, interpersonal/relationship issues, and depression. In therapy I use multiple modalities including EMDR, cognitive behavioral therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy techniques, mindfulness, and somatic practices.
