My approach is to help people heal from life's traumas and to help them find their own path to move forward and live a happy, fulfilling life. I work with teenagers and adults. I have office hours usually Monday through Thursday (day and evening hours available). However I am able to make exceptions for other days as well, please ask. I also offer teletherapy at this time. Many insurances accepted.
