Whether you or your child struggle with anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, understanding/accepting neurodivergence, trauma, grief, family dynamic issues, or relationship challenges, I am here to support you in getting to a better place. We will develop specific goals and find ways to measure progress as you learn to manage life's challenges better and enjoy being the best version of yourself.
Together we will work on understanding the connection between thoughts/feelings with actions and learn to use self-compassion in the process. In addition, I use art, play, and homework as ways to support my client's mental health and have worked with clients of all ages. I also work with adults needing support with their career/challenges at work.
