My main goal in treatment is to guide you with compassion, empathy and unconditional support. I am experienced in providing an array of services to children, adults and families experiencing depression, anxiety, ADHD, and Bipolar disorder as well as many other life struggles and issues.
I use a cognitive behavioral approach to therapy as well as a mixture of different counseling modalities to effectively meet the clients need.I have extensive training with trauma focused cognitive behavioral techniques to help clients with childhood trauma experiences, inhibiting ones full potential until dealt with.
In addition to office therapy I also offer video therapy as a beneficial alternative. Video therapy overcomes barriers that preclude others from seeking therapy. It allows for one to open up and become confident with themselves from wherever they find comfortable and safe. Video sessions allowed with select insurance companies.
