Individuals with long term and short term goals are welcome. I enjoy working with a diverse group of people and because sessions are online, I can speak with you anywhere within Pennsylvania.
My therapeutic orientation includes emotionally focused, cognitive behavioral and mindfulness-based strategies. Sessions are 50 minutes. I offer a sliding scale of $70-$145 per 50 minute session for individuals without insurance. Aetna, Cigna, and United / Optum insurance accepted.
