Hello, my name is Pedro Soltero, and I am a bilingual (Spanish) Licensed Marriage and Family therapist with over 8 years of experience. My goal is to help clients explore and understand their struggles and identify solutions to enjoy a more fulfilling life. I have worked with clients concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship challenges, phases of life, and difficulties with establishing boundaries.
My therapeutic approach is an eclectic style of therapy as I use a variety of approaches that fit the Client and the concern. Modalities I use range from Client-centered, Interpersonal Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness, Solution Focused, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and EMDR sessions to overcome past trauma.
I have worked with clients concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship challenges, phases of life, and difficulties with establishing boundaries. I offer an empathetic, nurturing, and non-judgmental environment where a client can be as vulnerable as they would like, feel relief, and work collaboratively to identify solutions.
